2. Order and Tracking

Green letter tracked 3 to 4 working days after dispatch
Standard home delivery via Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay: 4 to 5 working days after dispatch.
In the European Union:
International tracked letter European Union: 4 to 5 working days after dispatch.
International Letter European Union: 4 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Standard delivery: 4 to 8 working days after dispatch.
In the French overseas departments and territories:
OM 1: 6 to 10 working days after dispatch.
OM 2: 6 to 10 working days after dispatch.
